How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped in one to two business days. Items ordered after store hours will be processed the next business day.  Internet orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Saturday.  Customer Assistance is also available by phone Monday thru Saturday from 10-5 CST.   If you are purchasing an embroidered item, please allow 1-2 weeks to fulfill the order. How much does DOMESTIC shipping cost?
All DOMESTIC orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. We prefer this shipping method as it enables us to track and confirm if a package has been delivered. It is fast and reliable. Please contact us directly if you need rush delivery on your order.
For packages going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories, APO addresses, your packages will be sent USPS Prioirty Mail.
Items of ODD shape, EXCESSIVE size, or weighing OVER 10 pounds may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified via email if any addtional charges apply to your purchase.




How much does INTERNATIONAL shipping cost?
All INTERNATIONAL packages are shipped First Class International Mail. We require that ALL international orders placed must reconfirm a FULL shipping address during checkout. International customers are also responsible for any duties or customs fees applied by the destination country.

IMPORTANT: Note that First Class International does not provide a tracking number and there is no way to determine the location of your package once it leaves the U.S.. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee delivery for items sent First Class International. If your package does not arrive, it will be up to you to file a claim with the U.S. Postal Service.




I live near your store. Can I purchase items online & pick them up at your store to avoid shipping fees?
Absolutely! We understand that moms are soooo busy today multi-tasking that even shopping can become a chore. And, sometimes the only time to shop is at night after the kids are in bed and you are in your pajamas peacefully surfing the internet! This is why we offer our local clientele the opportunity to shop & purchase our merchandise after store hours. Once you have entered the check-out section of our website, simply click LOCAL PICK-UP and the shipping fees will be waived. You then will have 5 days to swing by our store for the QUICK pick-up! Your shopping bag will be waiting for you at the front counter.
