We not only LOVE this raincoat for its "cute" factor, but for its extra warmth.  Smart design with its polar fleece lining.  100% nylon outer and 100% poly polar fleece lining.  Oversized zipper for easy "do-it-myself" little people.  (We know who they might be...)  Side pockets and attatched hood.
